        The Racemaster is the new all-helmet that provides unparalleled comfort and extreme security to the riders. The inner liner integrates the HexoCrush technology. This hexagon shaped structure, based on the ConeHead patent, made by two different foam densities provides improved shock absorption by dissipating impact forces sideways. Thus, the Hexocrush reduces the g-force pressure on the head in case of falls or impacts.

             The Racemaster features the all new ‘Garage Eyewear Dock', an innovative system to hold sunglasses at the back of the helmet preventing contact between the sunglasses’ temple arms and the user’s head. Plus, reflective straps improve rider visibility and a uniquely designed helmet tail reduces vortex formation decreasing overall drag and neck strain.

    For the riders who need no compromise in terms of aerodynamics, we delivered the Boost 01 in the Gold version. Rudy Project’s first ever aero road helmet combines safety and aerodynamics into a unique and powerful design. Boost 01 features extreme ventilation and reduces aero drag by 12% compared to traditional road helmets.

Through this testing, Rudy Project and Cobb developed a unique tail geometry that works best for all TT positions and back profiles.
